2. Products
All prices on growndiamondlab.com are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of Belgian VAT at the applicable rate. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith; minor variations in appearance due to screen colour calibration may occur. All diamonds are certified by GIA or IGI as specified on each product page.
3. Orders
An order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with a full refund) in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
4. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Stripe. All payments are processed via secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details. For Klarna instalment purchases, Klarna’s own terms of service apply.
5. Shipping
Shipping is free worldwide via DHL Express, fully insured. Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days. Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Cancellations
You have the right to cancel your order and return items within 60 days of receipt (exceeding the 14-day EU statutory minimum). Returned items must be unworn and in original condition with the grading certificate. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
7. Warranties & Liability
All products conform to Belgian and EU consumer protection law. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms. Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the item. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses.

9. Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
