Free DHL Express Shipping
All orders ship via DHL Express, fully insured for the full retail value of the ring. Shipping is completely free on every order, with no minimum purchase. There are no hidden charges at checkout.
Delivery Time
Orders placed before 14:00 CET Monday to Thursday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 14:00 or on Friday are dispatched the following working day. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your destination:
- Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg: 1–2 business days
- France, Germany, UK: 2–3 business days
- Rest of Europe: 3–5 business days
- US, Canada, Australia: 5–7 business days
- UAE, Asia: 4–6 business days

- The original GIA or IGI grading certificate for the diamond
- A care card with cleaning and maintenance instructions

- Full insurance for the value of the ring during transit
Signature Required
For security reasons, all ring deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you are not available, DHL will leave a collection notice and the parcel can be collected from your local DHL ServicePoint within 5 days. Do not reroute to a different address online — contact us and we will arrange this securely.
Tracking
You will receive a DHL tracking number by email immediately after dispatch. Track your ring in real time on the DHL website. If you have any concerns about your shipment, contact us at info@astridgold.be and we will investigate immediately.
Countries We Ship To
We ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Japan, and most other countries worldwide. If your country is not listed, please contact us — we can usually arrange a shipment.
Non-EU & Export Documentation
For shipments outside the EU, we prepare all necessary export documentation and customs declarations (CN22/CN23). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient in the destination country. We strongly recommend checking your local import regulations before ordering. We declare the true value of all shipments — we do not under-declare for customs purposes.
