Our 60-Day Guarantee
We are so confident in the quality of our rings that we offer a full 60-day refund — far beyond the 14-day statutory minimum required under EU consumer law. If you are not completely satisfied with your ring for any reason, simply return it within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to Return
- Email us at info@astridgold.be with your order number and the reason for your return (optional).
- We will send you a prepaid DHL Express return label within 24 hours.
- Pack the ring securely in its original presentation box, include the GIA/IGI certificate, and drop it at any DHL ServicePoint.
- We will inspect the ring on receipt and process your refund within 5 business days.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, the ring must be:
- Unworn — no signs of use, scratches, or alteration
- In its original presentation box
- Accompanied by the original GIA or IGI grading certificate
- Returned within 60 days of the delivery date
Engraved Rings
Rings with personalised engraving are considered on a case-by-case basis. Where the engraving can be removed and the ring restored to its original condition, a full refund will be issued minus the engraving cost (€45). Where removal is not possible, a partial refund or store credit will be offered.
Bespoke & Custom Rings
Bespoke rings (designed specifically for you) are subject to different terms. The 50% production deposit is non-refundable once production has begun. If you cancel before production starts, your full deposit will be refunded. If you cancel after production is complete but before delivery, a restocking credit of 30% of the purchase price applies. The finished ring can be returned within 60 days under the standard conditions above.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the returned ring. Bank transfers and card refunds may take an additional 3–5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank. We will email you confirmation as soon as the refund is processed.
Exchanges
If you would like a different ring, size, or metal instead of a refund, we are happy to exchange. Simply note your preference in your return email. Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order — the price difference (if any) will be charged or refunded accordingly.
