Yes. Lab-grown diamonds have the exact same chemical composition (pure carbon in a cubic crystal structure), the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), the same optical properties, and the same brilliance as mined diamonds. They are graded and certified by the GIA and IGI using identical criteria to mined diamonds. They are not cubic zirconia or moissanite — they are real diamonds.

Both are methods of growing real diamonds. CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) grows diamonds layer by layer from a carbon-rich gas over 4–8 weeks. HPHT (High Pressure High Temperature) replicates the extreme conditions of the Earth’s mantle. Both produce GIA/IGI-certified stones. Lab-grown diamonds do have resale value, though like all diamonds (mined and lab-grown), they typically sell for less than purchase price on the secondary market. The key advantage is that you purchase a significantly larger or better-quality stone for the same budget as a smaller mined diamond. Many couples prioritise the diamond’s beauty during their lifetime over resale value.

No standard jewellery instrument can distinguish them. Only specialist laboratory equipment (like a DiamondView machine) that detects microscopic growth patterns can identify a lab diamond — and even then, neither is superior in any quality metric. To the naked eye, under a loupe, and under a standard gem microscope, lab and mined diamonds are identical.

All rings ship via DHL Express, fully insured, within 24–48 hours of your order being confirmed. Delivery takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email immediately after dispatch. For orders outside the EU, a signature is required on delivery. Bespoke rings take 4–6 weeks to produce, then ship within 24 hours.

We offer a full 60-day refund policy — no questions asked. Return shipping is free worldwide. The ring must be unworn and returned in its original presentation box with its GIA/IGI certificate. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned ring. Engraved rings are considered case by case. Bespoke rings: the 50% deposit is non-refundable, but the balance is fully refundable before production begins.

Yes. All rings include one free resizing within 12 months of purchase — simply send the ring back to us and we will resize and return it within 5 working days. Full pavé eternity bands can only be sized up or down by 1–2 sizes; if you need a larger adjustment, we will discuss the best approach. Subsequent resizes after the first free one are available from €45.

GIA certificates can be verified at report.gia.edu using the report number. IGI certificates can be verified at igiworldwide.com/verify. Enter the report number and the GIA/IGI will display the full record including grades, plot diagram, and sometimes a photograph of the diamond.

Yes. We ship to all EU countries, the UK, the United States, Canada, Australia, the UAE, and most other countries via DHL Express. Shipping is free on all orders. For non-EU destinations, we prepare all necessary export documentation and customs declarations. Import duties may be payable in your country — check your local regulations.

Yes. Our bespoke design service allows you to create a completely unique ring from scratch. We offer a free initial consultation (in-store or via video call), CAD design with unlimited revisions, and delivery in 4–6 weeks from design approval. Bespoke rings start from €1,500.
