One diamond. One moment. A solitaire pendant that speaks with the quiet confidence of pure brilliance — worn alone or layered.

The round brilliant is the most precisely engineered diamond cut in existence — 58 facets angled by mathematical formula to maximise light return, fire and scintillation. In a four prong solitaire setting, the stone is lifted high enough to catch light from every angle while remaining beautifully secure. Our lab-grown CVD diamonds are chemically, optically and physically identical to mined stones, independently graded by the IGI to give you full confidence in every facet.

Four Prong Diamond Solitaire Pendant
The solitaire pendant is perhaps the most enduring form in fine jewellery — a single diamond, precisely set, worn close to the heart. Ours features a round brilliant cut CVD lab-grown diamond held in an elegant four prong setting, suspended on a delicate 18K gold box chain. The four prong design is the classic of classics: it exposes the maximum diamond surface to light while holding the stone with four equally spaced platinum-strength prongs.
Available in 18K white, yellow or rose gold, and in carat weights from 0.30ct to 2.00ct, this pendant adapts to every style and every occasion. Worn alone, it is understated elegance. Layered with other fine chains, it becomes the anchor piece. The IGI-certified diamond delivers D–E colour and VVS/VS clarity — a stone that genuinely sparkles rather than merely looking the part.
Lab-grown CVD diamonds give you 60–70% more diamond for your budget than mined equivalents, with the same physical, chemical and optical properties — and full IGI certification to prove it.

About IGI certification. The International Gemological Institute (IGI) is the world's largest independent diamond certification authority. Every pendant diamond is submitted to IGI individually and graded for carat weight, colour, clarity and cut — the 4Cs that define its quality. The full grading report ships in the presentation box, giving you a permanent record of your diamond's exact attributes.
Caring for Your Diamond Solitaire Pendant
A diamond solitaire pendant is built for long, regular wear — but a little care goes a long way to keeping both the diamond and the chain looking immaculate for decades.
Daily Wear: The four prong setting holds the diamond securely for everyday activity. Fasten and remove the pendant by holding the chain close to the clasp to avoid stressing the links. Regularly check that the prongs feel firm against the diamond — a quick inspection every few months.
Cleaning at Home: Soak in warm water with a small drop of mild dish soap for two minutes. Use a soft toothbrush to gently clean around the diamond and in the setting. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint-free cloth. This restores maximum brilliance and should be done monthly.
What to Avoid: Remove before swimming (chlorine and saltwater can weaken the chain and affect gold finishes), before applying perfume or hairspray, and before sleep to prevent chain tangling. Avoid pulling the pendant by the stone rather than the chain when dressing.
- Complimentary professional cleaning and prong inspection annually
- Re-rhodium plating for white gold available on request
- Store in the original box or a soft pouch to prevent tangling

Why This Pendant
The Solitaire, Perfected
Every element of the Diamond Solitaire Pendant is chosen for a woman who wants a piece that lasts — and lasts beautifully.
58 precision-angled facets — the most studied cut in gemology, engineered to return the maximum possible light through the crown. The result is unmistakable: fire, scintillation, and the sparkle that makes a room pause.
Four slim prongs hold the diamond high above the setting plate, letting light enter from all sides. The open silhouette is the classical form of the solitaire — understated, timeless, and endlessly elegant.
Every pendant diamond is independently graded by the IGI for carat weight, colour (D–E), clarity (VVS/VS) and cut quality. The certificate is included in the presentation box — your permanent record of what you own.
A fine box chain in matching 18K gold — strong enough for daily wear, delicate enough to disappear beneath a collar. Available in four lengths from 40 cm to 50 cm to suit every neckline.
Questions
Frequently Asked
Everything you need to know about the Diamond Solitaire Pendant before you buy.
For everyday wear, 0.50ct to 0.70ct strikes the perfect balance — visible and brilliant without feeling heavy. If you prefer a bolder statement piece, 1.00ct is the most popular "wow" size for a solitaire pendant. The 1.50ct and 2.00ct options are genuinely spectacular — a diamond this size in a four prong setting catches the light from across a room. For a gift, 0.50ct is our most gifted size. All options come with the same IGI certification and D–E colour.
Yes — completely. Lab-grown CVD diamonds are chemically, optically and physically identical to mined diamonds. They are composed of pure carbon in the same crystal lattice (type IIa CVD). The only difference is origin: mined diamonds form over billions of years underground; ours are grown in a controlled chamber in 6–10 weeks. No gemologist can distinguish them by sight or instrument. They are real diamonds, certified by the IGI to the same exacting standards applied to mined stones.
40 cm (16") sits at the base of the throat and works beautifully with open necklines. 42 cm (16.5") is our most popular length — it sits just above the collarbone and flatters almost every neckline. 45 cm (18") rests at the collarbone and is ideal for layering. 50 cm (20") is a longer, more relaxed wear that sits below the collarbone and pairs perfectly with a V-neck. If you are between lengths, we recommend the 42 cm for a classic solitaire look.
The price includes the complete pendant in your chosen metal and carat weight, the 18K gold chain in your chosen length, the IGI grading certificate, the luxury navy presentation box with jewellery pillow and champagne tissue, DHL Express insured shipping to your door, and our 60-day return guarantee. There are no hidden fees or additional charges for the certificate or the chain.
Yes — the pendant and chain are separate components. Within 30 days of purchase, we can swap the chain for a different length at no additional charge. After 30 days, a small material charge applies. You can also add a longer chain yourself at any jeweller — the pendant bail is a standard size compatible with any fine box chain. If you are unsure which length to order, 42 cm is our most versatile recommendation.
